Brigadier General (Ret.) Zulkifli serves as a Partner at Luxara Law Firm, bringing over three decades of strategic service in the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). A graduate of the Police Academy (AKPOL) Class of 1989, he has deep expertise in Criminal Investigation, Intelligence, and the Inspectorate of Supervision. His leadership track record spans a range of critical roles, including Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimsus), Senior Investigator at the Wassidik Bureau of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the Indonesian National Police, Middle Auditor at the Inspectorate General of Supervision (Itwasum) of POLRI, and Inspector of Regional Supervision (Irwasda) at both the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and East Kalimantan (Kaltim) Regional Police.
