We represent and assist clients in the resolution of civil disputes and criminal matters at all levels of judicial jurisdiction in Indonesia. In the area of general civil law, our services focus on resolving civil disputes, whether through the filing of breach of contract claims (Wanprestasi) or unlawful act claims (Perbuatan Melawan Hukum/PMH) before the District Court, asset protection, and the enforcement of judgments. In criminal matters, we provide proactive legal assistance to ensure the fulfillment of clients’ procedural rights—whether as complainants, reported parties, witnesses, or suspects/defendants—in accordance with the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), from the stages of inquiry and investigation at the Police level, prosecution by the Prosecutor’s Office, through to the evidentiary process in court proceedings.
