Liquidation, Bankruptcy, and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU)

Our focus in this area is to provide debt restructuring solutions and corporate asset preservation strategies. Representing both Creditors and Debtors, we navigate Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and Bankruptcy proceedings before the Commercial Court in accordance with the framework of the Bankruptcy and PKPU Law. Our practice includes the formulation of settlement schemes (homologation), oversight of claims verification, as well as the administration of bankruptcy estates and the liquidation of dissolved legal entities, while maintaining proportionate legal communication with Supervisory Judges, Receivers, Administrators, Creditors, and Debtors.
